NAKS Hospitality is proud to offer a diverse range of turn-down services for hotels and apartments. Offer your guests the opportunity to pamper themselves with superior quality services. We provide;

The evening staff takes the status report of the floor from the desk.

Takes the floor key/card and sign for it.
Take a round of the floor corridor to maintain it clean and tidy. Take out trolley.

Vacant rooms to be serviced from 6.00 p.m. onward.

By 10.pm turn down service to be finished of all rooms.

Departure rooms have to be cleared as per requirements.

The NAKS team evening shift start their turn-down housekeeping service by taking over floor status report from the desk. They adopt full responsibility for signing for the floor key/card, and conclude with adhering to a cleaning time table when the housekeeping turn-down services are completed. Turn-down cleaning services for certain areas such as departure rooms would be when the requirement arises.

ACTIVITIES COVERING A TURN-DOWN SERVICE in hospitality would be of course cleaning the room, fresh linen, towels, clean bathrooms, a refill of guest amenities and supplies not only in the refrigerator/pantry but also including towels, soaps and shampoos and removal of garbage. Turn-down housekeeping services could also cover pool areas, removal of used towels, sanitizing water areas and other public spaces.
